The Town of Coyle is seeking a fulltime Town Clerk-Treasurer
The Town Clerk-Treasurer position requires a dedicated professional to assist residents regarding town services, manage daily utility billing, maintain vital customer records, maintain the town’s financial books and records, and support the Board of Trustees.
Qualifications
- Associates Degree or equivalent
- Accounting, Business Administration or related field
- Proficiency with standard office software (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Experience in financial clerical positions
Benefits
- Monday through Thursday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Friday 8:00 – 12:00
- Paid lunch hours while in the office and available to residents
- Occasional evenings and weekends
- $30,000 - $35,000
- Commensurate with education and experience

Starting today the water tower will be slowly drained over the next four days. While the water tower is repaired, sandblasted and repainted, the water pressure may drop. We will be operating directly off of the water line from Guthrie. Contractor should begin working on the tower Monday, June 15th.
